Thefirstyearinmyseniorhighschool,Iwasalittleshytoexpressmyideasinpublic.Tochallengemyself,IfinallymadeasurprisingdecisionthatIwanttolearntodancewithmyschoolmatestocommunicatewithothersthatIwasnotfamiliarwith.So,Ibecametobeamemberintheclub.Everyweekend,IlearntTOPerformjazz.Atfirst,Iwasnotgoodatdancing,andourteamplannedtotakepartinajazzcompetitioninthecityofBeijing,soIhadtoaskotherstoinstructme.Amonthlater,Ifoundthatitwasnotdifficulttodiscussandcommunicatewithothers.Fromthenon,Ibecomeout-goingandeasy-going,andIlearntthattakingpartinschoolactivitieshelpsmetoimprovingmyselfinsomeaspects,especiallyincommunication.weclubmembersperformedverywellalthoughwedidnotaward.
在高一的时候，我非常害臊，不好意思在公共场所发表我的怎么看。为了挑战自己为了和同学其他的人更好交流，我做除去一个惊人的决定，我参加了学校的舞蹈会所，并且学习学校的爵士舞蹈，并且计划参加比赛。我每一个周末学习爵士舞。因为我舞跳的不好，所以我要主动去请教别的会所会员指导我，日渐的，我发现与其他人讨论交流并非困难的事情，我开始变得外向了还比较容易相处。虽然大家没得奖，但我从参加学校的活动上我掌握了不少东西。

在我2011年的夏天暑假中，我找了一份星巴克做员工的工作。这是我第一像一个成年人一样同意专业的服务培训，并且天天早上八点开始上班。我天天要打扫店内卫生。半个月后我开始掌握怎么样做咖啡。作为一个中国人，我首次接触做咖啡的详细过程。到目前我都记得怎么样做咖啡为我的朋友和家人，这种感受太好了。

在一个寒冷的冬季的早上，雪下的非常大，所以我和朋友去社区扫雪，扫雪并困难，大家花了整整三个小时，终于扫出了一条路供给邻居行走。当父亲和邻居发现了这条路时，他们很高兴。大家感觉大家所付出的努力是值得的。

总之，我觉得参与活动使大家以后愈加适应社会和将来的大学生活。
